With the plastic doors with a panel for both, it is possible to compose them in three profiles. Initially, your plastic frames with panel can be assembled in the Gealan S9000 NL profile. This profile is best known for its good insulation and has an installation depth of 120 mm. We also offer two K-Vision profiles. The profiles of K-Vision offer a sleek and modern look. The plastic doors can be ordered in the K-Vision Trend and K-Vision Classic profile. The difference between these two profiles is particularly visible in the installation depth. K-Vision Trend has an installation depth of 120 mm and the K-Vision Classic profile has an installation depth of 76 mm.
Our plastic window and door frames are KOMO certified. This means that the plastic frames have been objectively tested by independent experts and that they comply with Dutch regulations, such as the Building Decree and the Building Materials Decree. Quality management is in accordance with the international standard DIN EN ISO 9001. There is a continuous monitoring and optimization of the stability and effectiveness of our business processes. We supply our plastic windows and doors complete, including fittings. All the fittings we use are at least SKG** certified and comply with the Police Quality Mark for Safe Living (PKVW). We give extensive guarantees on our plastic frames. 10 years on plastic frames and windows, 2 years on hinges and locks, 10 years on the glazing system and 10 years on ventilation grilles.
Our plastic doors are supplied complete, including fittings. The fittings comply with the Police Seal of Safe Living and the SKG seal of approval. The fittings are supplied in the color aluminum F1. You can find which brand is used per profile on the product information page.
Our plastic doors can be fitted with a plastic threshold or you can opt for continuous PVC. The plastic threshold has a low step as an advantage compared to continuous PVC. Our plastic windows and doors with the Gealan profile are fitted with an Easy-Ent threshold. Plastic doors with a K-VISION profile are fitted with a DTS threshold and Schüco doors are fitted with an IsoStone threshold.
You can compose our plastic windows and doors with self-regulating ventilation grilles. The ventilation grilles that are used are insect-resistant and have a self-regulating flap. Thanks to the self-regulating valve, there is always optimal ventilation in the home. Are you ordering an unglazed plastic frame with a ventilation grille? Then we will supply the ventilation grille separately, including the necessary rubbers.
You can opt for a smooth plastic panel filling for the K-VISION TREND and CLASSIC profile system. The panel filling is 24 mm thick, with 21.4 mm PU insulation in between. The maximum dimensions of the panel filling are 3000 mm X 2000 mm. The panel filling of Gealan plastic door frames is 24 mm. This sandwich panel is made up of two plastic panels, each 1.5 mm thick, with 21 mm PU insulation in between. The maximum size of the panel filling is 1300 mm X 3000 mm.
The plastic doors from Pavluc with a panel filling can be ordered in different sizes. The dimensions for the flat panels or scrap panels are: – 500 mm – 600 mm – 700 mm – 800 mm – 900 mm
Our plastic frames from K-VISION and Gealan can be configured with a standard connection (45° mitered corner connection) or a Wood Look connection (HVL). With an HVL connection, a straight connection is made on the outside of the frame profile. This makes it look like a wooden frame connection. The connection on the inside is always in 45 degrees.

Included in delivery

Depending on your product, you will receive the accessories, such as window handle(s), door fittings, cylinder(s) including accompanying screws. Please note, screws and other mounting material for the frames are not included.
Frames up to a size of 1000 x 2000 mm and a maximum of 2 frames are individually packaged. All other frames from Pavluc are packed on a shelf. This is a frame on which the frames can be safely transported and it protects the frames during transport. We use 4 types of sheerlegs, each of which is suitable for different dimensions of frames. All our frames are transported on one of these trestles. Which trestle is most advantageous for transporting your window frames is automatically determined for you during the ordering process

These are the double exterior doors with panel from Pavluc. The doors open outwards and can be used as a back door, for example. These exterior doors have an intermediate sill that makes it possible to select a panel filling. When composing, you can choose between a flat panel or a panel with laths in different sizes. The panels are available in different sizes: 500 mm, 600 mm, 700 mm, 800 mm, 900 mm. We supply glazing bars as standard with our plastic exterior doors, even if you order unglazed. The stop of the door frame is 18 mm.

With Pavluc the cylinders, locks and the door set are included as standard in the delivery. A three-point lock and door set are included with the double exterior doors, as well as the cylinder with core pulling protection. You can compose your exterior doors with wood grain foil, acrylic color or you can opt for smooth white or cream. When selecting the corner connection, you can choose a right angle connection (HVL) or a 45 degree version.

It is possible to compose your double exterior doors in different plastic profiles. You can choose from the Gealan S9000NL and K-Vision profile.
