Our plastic sliding doors are available in different plastic frame profiles. You can choose from profiles from Gealan, Schüco and K-VISION. The 3-part sliding door is only available with the Schüco EasySlide frame profile. The characteristics of the different profiles can be found on the plastic product information page. All information is displayed here per profile.
Our plastic sliding doors are KOMO certified. This means that the plastic sliding doors have been objectively tested by independent experts and that they comply with Dutch regulations, such as the Building Decree and the Building Materials Decree. Quality management is in accordance with the international standard DIN EN ISO 9001. There is a continuous monitoring and optimization of the stability and effectiveness of our business processes. We supply our plastic sliding doors including fittings that meet at least the SKG** standard and the Police Seal of Safe Living (PKVW). The plastic sliding doors are also burglar-resistant up to and including resistance class RC2. We therefore give extensive guarantees on our plastic sliding doors and other plastic frames.
Depending on the chosen profile, there is a continuous profile or an aluminum threshold for the plastic sliding doors. When there is a continuous profile, the frame continues at the bottom and there is a higher step. With an aluminum sill, there is a different step. The heights of the threshold can be found in detail on the product information page of the plastic profile. You can also find out which type of threshold is used for each profile on the product information page.
Our plastic sliding doors can be ordered with HR++ double glazing and HR+++ triple glazing. HR++ glass has a U-value of 1.1. HR+++ glass has a U-value of 0.5. We use safety glass as standard for our plastic sliding doors from Gealan, Schüco and K-VISION, because there is a risk of falling through. Legislation makes it mandatory to use safety glass in this case, these obligations are described in NEN 3569 and NEN 6702. Depending on the type of frame and your choices, you can also opt for rods in the glass or frosted glass.
Our plastic frames are supplied with a smooth foil in the color RAL-9016 as standard. You can also order the plastic frames in many other colors and there are plenty of options with smooth foils or wood grain foils. If you opt for a plastic frame with wood grain foil, you will have the advantages of a modern plastic frame with the look of wood. With the Gealan profile you also have the option of choosing an acrylic foil in different colours. Acrylic is harder and more scratch-resistant than other films, so that the frame stays beautiful for longer. With the Schüco profiles we also offer the option of choosing a metallic foil in different colours.
Our plastic sliding doors are supplied complete, including the hinges and locks. The hinges and locks comply with the Police Seal for Safe Living and the SKG quality mark. The fittings are supplied in the color aluminum F1. The brand of the hardware can differ per frame profile, you can find it on the product information page.
You can compose our plastic sliding doors with ventilation grille(s). For plastic sliding doors with the Gealan S9000 profile, we use a Duco ventilation grille, namely the Duco Line ZR 10. This ventilation grille has a maximum cross section of 10.7 dm3/s. This is a completely flat ventilation grille that is equipped with a self-regulating valve that automatically responds to varying pressure. We use a Duco Flat ZR10 ventilation grille for plastic sliding doors with a Schüco profile. The grille is equipped with a self-regulating valve that automatically responds to varying pressures. The ventilation grille has a maximum passage of 11.6 dm3/s. The grille has a glass reduction of only 80 mm. We use the Renson type THM90-EVO ventilation grille for the K-VISION PremiDoor sliding door. This is a thermally broken, compact, self-regulating ventilation grille. All ventilation grilles that we use are insect-resistant and thermally interrupted so that there is no cold transfer.

Included in delivery

Frames up to a size of 1000 x 2000 mm and a maximum of 2 frames are individually packaged. All other frames from Pavluc are packed on a shelf. This is a frame on which the frames can be safely transported and it protects the frames during transport. We use 4 types of sheerlegs, each of which is suitable for different dimensions of frames. All our frames are transported on one of these trestles. Which trestle is most advantageous for transporting your window frames is automatically determined for you during the ordering process. Depending on your product, you will receive the accessories, such as window handle(s), door fittings, cylinder(s) including accompanying screws. Please note, screws and other mounting material for the frames are not included.

This is our 4 piece plastic sliding door. The lift-and-slide door can be assembled in various frame profiles, including the Gealan S9000 profile and various Schüco profiles (EasySlide and LivingSlide). The 4-piece sliding door is supplied complete and equipped with lift-slide fittings, which is why we also refer to it as a lift-slide door. The 4-piece plastic sliding door is fitted with a stop as standard. Both Schüco profiles have a stop of 20 mm and the Gealan profile has a stop of 18 mm. The 4-part plastic sliding door can be assembled with different foils. Smooth PVC, wood grain foil, acrylic foil and the Schüco sliding doors can be combined with metallic foil. We offer a wide choice of different colours.

You can order the 4-piece plastic lift-and-slide door including glass. Two-sided laminated HR++ double glass and HR+++ triple glass are a possibility with this  plastic sliding door . We also offer the possibility to order glass with rods. Safety glass is used as standard because there is a risk of falling through. The sliding door is always glazed from the inside to visually get a tighter appearance and to increase burglary resistance.

A three-point lock is used in the facade, we also supply a cylinder with core pulling protection and handle. All the fittings we use comply with at least SKG** and the Police Seal of Safe Living (PKVW). As standard, the 4-part sliding door can be operated on one side with a handle per door on the inside and a bowl on the outside. However, we also offer the option of assembling the plastic sliding door with two-sided operation. The hardware we use depends on the chosen plastic frame profile. The Schüco sliding door is fitted with aluminum gray lift-slide fittings and the Gealan sliding door is fitted with GU lift-slide fittings. You can easily slide open both parts of the sliding door to create a nice large opening. Since two parts can be operated, we also speak of a double sliding door.

Continuous or aluminum sill

We supply the Schüco sliding doors with an all-aluminium threshold with a thermal bridge opening. The Gealan sliding door has a continuous profile which is supplied in the same color as the frame. Enter the desired dimensions above, select the options and properties and order today!
